• Lost or Delayed Orders: If your eggs are lost by USPS or take more than 7 days to arrive, we will replace your order.

• Limited Coverage: This insurance applies only to lost or delayed hatching eggs and does not guarantee hatch rates.

• No refunds will be issued for shipping insurance.
