Welcome new followers and thank you to those who have supported us for over a decade. Let us introduce ourselves. Eric and I (Alexandra) have been running Stellar Game Birds, Poultry, Waterfowl LLC for over a decade. This is our 14th year running the farm. We have expanded since and are still growing, adding Custom Processing and USDA Animal Transport. What started with quail back in 2006 expanded over the years as what you would call the traditional diversified farm. There are not many out there anymore because it is not a simple task to achieve. We focus on game birds, rare and heritage breeds/species, and breeds/species and hybrids that are self sustainable. We have emus and livestock. We raise Pigs, Mini Jersey cows, ADGA/MDGA Dairy goats, German Shepherds and Livestock Guardian Dogs. We also offer poultry meat and eating eggs to help supply our locals with farm fresh food. You probably have noticed, we don’t regularly offer some animals, and offer more of others. We go off wait lists and preorders often, as we mainly work on preservation. We hatch a lot and raise a lot as a selective breeding operation/hatchery. Each species/breed is seasonal and unique, and that involves patience. We believe that quality is by far better than quantity and truly want to provide a Stellar service to everyone.
