Important Order Details:

• Shipping: Select the day-old chick shipping option during checkout as a deposit. Final shipping costs will be calculated based on weights and communicated before shipment. Birds will not ship until shipping is paid in full.
• Fulfillment: Orders are first come, first serve, beginning April 2026. Longer wait times may occur if hatches are rooster-heavy.
• Cancellation Policy: A 25% restocking fee applies to all cancellations.
