Policies & Important Details

1. Order Fulfillment:Orders are fulfilled first come, first serve, starting April 2025.For hatching eggs, we guarantee freshness but not hatch rates due to shipping variability.
2. Shipping:Select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Final shipping costs for live birds will be calculated based on weight and communicated prior to shipment.
   • Birds will not ship until the final shipping payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:A 25% restocking fee applies to all cancellations.
   • Once eggs are incubating or live birds are shipped, no refunds will be issued.
4. Health Guarantee:We are an NPIP-certified farm, free from Avian Influenza and Pullorum/Typhoid.
   • Birds are shipped healthy and in excellent condition; however, we cannot guarantee the survival of live birds after shipment due to factors beyond our control.
